We got tons of pictures (300 or so) here are some good ones. The fire started around 7:30 pm and is still smouldering (it is about 9:00 am). They are in order.
All and all, I watched it for a couple of hours. Eventually, the front of the building collapsed, which was pretty cool to see. There is a whole other section that we could not see from our window, so I will have to go take a look at that.

Nice that you were out of harms way to get the pics. The good news is that it wasn't the building being in disrepair that caused the fire. The bad news is that the people that torched the car in front of it are still roaming around. Or have they been caught? Were the other buildings arson also? Hmmm...maybe time to find a quieter neighborhood...or town. But the pics are great!
There was a huge condo that caught fire and burned to the ground in Vancouver yesterday too. Weird, must be the October air.
Did you finish your movie?
I did not get to finish my movie because it was so fun to watch the building...is it wrong to say it is fun to watch a building burn?
I am not sure about the other buildings, no one ever got back to them.
They just started demolishing the building today...they spent all day yesterday dousing it in water...it is still smouldering...it really smells.
