We finally got around to having our 5th Thanksgiving!! It was super fun. This year we had 7 people, our biggest turn out since the first Thanksgiving at the University of Bradford. As planned we had:
Turkey with sausage, apple and cranberry stuffing (I don't usually eat stuffing, but this was really good last year)
Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Gravy
Pomegranate and apple crisp (this is a new one and is now one of my favourites)
We also had Richard's Pumpkin Ice Cream, which was incredibly good.
We had a 16 lb turkey and managed to demolish 3/4th of it, and had little else left over.
It was all well worth the 7 hours I spent preparing it, especially since it was my first party ever at my house!
