Man, that poor Joe the Plumber guy. I bet he never thought he would be famous over night. I am glad that he is a well spoken articulate man to have to all of a sudden be attacked by all the news media in the country.
John McCain, in my opinion, really went down in flames in that last debate. Richard and I had our drinking game for the first half hour, and then it seemed as if their advisers went to these drinking game websites and told the candidates not to say those words like "fundamental differences", "change"(which was replaced by "new direction"), "my friends" (which was only said once at the end). However, we still managed to get through 2 beers each in that first 30 min with the words "mortgage", "homeowners", "look" (from Obama), and "I/he voted for/against".
I got a flyer for Marlyn Jensen (R) in the mail yesterday. She is from Gig Harbor running for House of Representatives 26th District. This flyer made me laugh so hard because her editor must have been on vacation...the flyer reads "MARLYN JENSEN, House Or Representatives 26th Dist. GOP". I hope someone got fired for that.
I did get my ballot in the mail last week, and before the debate I voted...not telling you who I voted for (unless you email me), but it was pretty underwhelming.
